Compared to a single chandelier, TwinLight Chandelier significantly minimizes shadow zones and provides better visualization. The stiffness of the fiber is just right, allowing for an easy stress-free insertion through a trocar cannula or a trans-scleral insertion. It is also very easy to control due to its right stiffness.
Allows for maximum flexibility in the choice of insertion sites, optimizing the light beam for different vitreoretinal diseases, providing homogeneous illumination and minimizing shadow zones. Offers an opportunity to regulate light cones by modifying insertion depth of the fibers. Thanks to their flexibility and small diameter, the chandeliers don’t interfere with scleral indentation.
